At Sunflower Square, you will find comfortable, secure living, complete with the independence and privacy you're looking for.

You'll live in your very own one- or two-bedroom apartment home and leave the yard and maintenance to us.

The Community Center is just a short walk through the beautifully landscaped courtyard. You'll find you can entertain and meet your friends here for fun and games. This multipurpose facility is complete with both large and small gathering rooms, a full-service kitchen, and much more.

Although Sunflower Square is a place for those 45+ to live, children, family, and other guests are welcome to visit any time you'd like. They may stay with you  in your apartment and come to meals with you. You can also reserve the Community Center dining area for private dining parties or banquets.

The apartment homes at Sunflower Square have been created by award-winning designers and architects.

The floor plans make efficient use of space in an attractive and comfortable layout. Each home includes a living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room, bedroom(s), private bath, covered porch, and individual heating and air conditioning controls.

Don't worry about steps any longer because there are none. Our designers have provided for wheelchair access and grab bars, where needed, to ensure your comfort and safety.

Bring your furniture with you! Your unit is unfurnished (except a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room) and you are free to furnish and decorate as you please. Your pets are also welcome at Sunflower Square.

An interesting array of social, recreational, and cultural activities will be offered, as well as regular hobby, craft, and wellness programs.

Lease:
Only a 6-month lease and a $500 refundable deposit are required to reserve your place in Sunflower Square.

Monthly Rate:
    * One Bedroom: $416
    * Two Bedroom: $499
